Rebate Vouchers Redemption

Dear valued MJ Cardmember,

The next redemption period will start from 1August 2018 to 30 November 2018. Look out for your June 2018 statement in your email notification in August 2018.

There are two reward and redemption periods yearly as follows :-

• Points accumulated are redeemable for Metrojaya rebate vouchers arranged under the Points Redemption Programme. 

• An official notification will be sent to valid principal card member whose point accumulation meet the minimum requirement of 600 points during each reward period. 
 
• Only MJ Cardmember is eligible to redeem rebate voucher(s) with the submission of the official notification and presentation of a valid MJ Card and identity card / passport. 
 
• Points are strictly non-transferable to another member’s account. 
 
• Members may not combine their points earned with those of other members for redemption of rebate voucher(s).
 
• Members may only redeem points that are recorded in the computerized account maintained by Metrojaya. In the event of inconsistence of points on the official notification and the computerized account maintained by Metrojaya, points recorded in the computerized account will be deemed correct. 
 
• Purchases made with rebate vouchers, RM10 Cash Vouchers or RM10 / RM20 Promotional Vouchers are not eligible for redemption of promotional gifts with purchase (GWP), promotional purchase with purchase (PWP) or point accumulation.
 
• There is no expiry date for the points awarded as long as the card membership is valid. Members are advised to renew their membership before the due date if they wish to bring forward their accumulated points to the next redemption period.
 
• Metrojaya reserves the right to institute an expiry date for points which have been accumulated or accumulated thereafter.  
 
• Metrojaya reserves the right to deduct any points from member’s account when:-
    – Points are suspected to be fraudulently recorded or recorded in error.
    – Points awarded for purchase which is cancelled or goods returned. 
    –  Card membership has expired and card member failed to renew before expiry date. 
 
• Metrojaya will not replace lost, stolen or damaged rebate vouchers or extend the expiry date of expired rebate vouchers.
 
General
 
• Promotional materials will be sent to  MJ Cardmembers who meet the minimum transaction frequency and / or minimum criteria as may be determined by Metrojaya.
 
• Members are advised to notify Metrojaya of any change in their correspondence address or other personal particulars to avoid correspondence being sent to incorrect address.
 
• Metrojaya reserves the right to at any time without giving prior notice or reason whatsoever to amend, modify, revise, vary, cease or terminate the Points Redemption Programme, privileges and the terms and conditions thereto
